OVERVIEW
With an inspired design that blends traditional art deco elegance with contemporary architectural style, this high-quality project will help to extend the rejuvenation occurring along Wilshire Blvd. and La Brea Avenue into this community.
By replacing surface parking lots, and vacant and aging buildings with an attractive project with public open space, outdoor gathering places, and desirable stores and restaurants, existing neighbors will gain needed services that can be accessed on foot and enjoyed in their own community.

An articulated design will create a visual transition between the art deco-styled commercial streetscape facing the well-known Wilson Building (commonly referred to as the Samsung Building), as it steps down to a low-impact contour that approaches residential streets. A strip of low-density townhomes along Sycamore Avenue will be at comparable height as homes across the street.
